Delivery in South Africa

International delivery

We ship to the countries offered at checkout for a flat rate of R350 per order, sent by tracked post. Delivery usually takes 5–20 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the shipping cost. If your country charges them, they are payable by the recipient when the parcel arrives.

Dispatch

Our jewellery is held in stock and dispatched promptly. Delivery times are counted from dispatch, and you will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is on its way.

Gift-boxed

Every piece arrives in our black gift box, presented in a matching gift bag tied with a pink ribbon, ready to give.

Christmas 2026

For delivery in South Africa before Christmas, please order by Monday 7 December for free registered mail, or by Tuesday 15 December for Express Courier.

Delays and lost parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we will trace it with the courier or post office. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
